As California continues to open up more, our team at Standard Party Rentals is committed to continue providing you with the service and convenience you’re used to, while complying with the CDC, OSHA, Federal, State, City and County regulations and recommendations.

We are evolving to serve you in new ways so we can create memorable events together, while ensuring the safety of our clients as well as our team. Below are enhanced measures that have been put into place.

EMPLOYEE MEASURES:

  • Wearing company-provided cloth masks and single use gloves while handling inventory and during deliveries and pickups:
  • Cleaning and disinfecting rental inventory and high touch surfaces;
  • Observing proper hand hygiene respiratory etiquette, and social distancing;
  • Monitoring and Reporting Procedures for Symptoms and Temperature.

SHOWROOM VISITS, WILL CALL PICK UP & RETURNS, AND DELIVERY:

  • Temporarily reduced hours of operation: M-F 9am-4pm
  • Showroom visits by appointment only, and limited number of guests
  • Customers are encouraged to social distance (at least 6ft where possible), and we require that guests wear masks.
  • Showroom guests will be provided access to sinks, soap, hand sanitizer, and, upon request, single use gloves
  • Contactless Customer Pickups and Returns
  • Contactless Curbside Delivery
  • Cleaning and Disinfecting of commonly touched delivery-vehicle surfaces at the beginning and end of each shift

INVENTORY

  • At Standard, we’re focused on and committed to washing and sanitizing all of our inventory, as appropriate to the material type and in accordance with known recommendations.

What can I expect from contactless curbside services?

When you arrive for your Will Call Pickup/Return, you will call our office and one of our crew members will greet you at the loading dock to show you the items for your order.

  • Our delivery crews will arrive wearing personal protective devices.
  • They can be directed to leave items in a mutually agreeable location.
  • Vehicles and delivery equipment will be wiped down following each stop.
  • Please let us know of any special requests in advance.
What if I reschedule / cancel my event?

We understand that circumstances make it difficult to predict how this current crisis will affect your event.  Currently, reservations may be canceled up to two weeks prior to your event with a full refund of the deposit.  To date, we have been successful in rescheduling all postponed events and look forward to working with you as things change or cancel.  Please consider securing your rental items now with the assurance we will work with you if your plans change
